Instructions for printing forms

 

Note: Forms are generally not required if group is accompanied by its usual leader.
Fees are usually not required if you bring your own food, otherwise, sharing of the cost of groceries is usually mutually agreed upon.

 

  When required, there are 2 forms to print or sign upon arrival:

  * Application
            * Insurance Waiver
